4 - Dr. No = 1

5 - Find the number each Bond movie is in the official sequence (Skyfall = 23)

6 - You should have the numbers 3, 15, 22, 1, 12, 5, 14, 20

7 - Replace the movie numbers using A=1, B=2, C=3, and you should find another type of 'bond'. That is the answer.
